While wandering aimlessly around SL I found a small but interesting place, the Stomach Museum. You can find information and photographs on stomach disease, plus videos explaining certain procedures such as bariatric surgery for weight loss and upper gastrointestinal endoscopy.
This sounds like an unusual kind of thing to have in SL, but to me it is the virtual equivalent of something like a pathology museum in RL, which can be used by doctors and students to learn about disease and how to recognize it. Just another side to SL.
